This privacy policy applies to users of the Multifamily Analyzer Add-ins for Microsoft Office. 

Description of the MFA Add-ins

The Multifamily Analyzer (MFA) Excel Add-ins are intuitively designed to provide easy access to the most up-to-date MFA Underwriting tools and services. Multifamily investors and analysts can download the latest underwriting files directly into Microsoft Office as well as additional supporting Office MFA underwriting tools. 

In addition to the underwriting files, the add in provides a large collection of helpful 3^rd party research links. 

Your Data

Our Add-ins are linked to your accounts with our website. If you use our Add-ins, your login data will be used securely to log you into our services. We can never read or access any of your private information and all your data is encrypted before it is sent to our servers.

Our Add-ins access your user profile with our website and your purchase history as well as the purchases you’ve made to deliver the products you have purchased directly in your Office environment. 

Our Add-ins use cookies to store data that is necessary for our service to work. These cookies contain no personal data and are deleted as soon as you log out of the Add-in. 

Content from other websites

Our Add-ins contain links to external data or external content that we have collected to provide additional benefit to our users. When visiting these links, a browser window opens and the user has left the Add-in. We carefully select these links from a collection of Government and Private websites to make sure they match our quality standard. We do not however take any responsibility for the way these websites interact with your data and we have no control over their privacy policies.

MFA does not share any information with these third party websites. Any data the user shares on her own is not subject to this agreement.

We do not share, access or sell your personal data. Our Add-ins are to be understood as a supplementary product to our website and we do not collect more information than absolutely necessary for our addin to work. Only selected parts of the data that is stored on our website is exposed on the website. This does not include any personal information and we strive to expose as little data as absolutely necessary for our Add-ins to work.

What rights you have over your data

If you have an account on this site, you can request to receive an exported file of the personal data we hold about you, including any data you have provided to us. You can also request that we erase any personal data we hold about you. This does not include any data we are obliged to keep for administrative, legal, or security purposes.
